INTRODUCTION:

A fun ‘storyteller animals’ themed mini class with a whimsical face tutorial plus 4 'Storyteller’ paintings.
For this mini online class I have created some wonderfully whimsical animal paintings with a pastel colour theme.
The animal paintings use my personal symbols and markings to express my own life stories through my art. I will share my drawing and painting techniques so that you can go forward painting in your own style, painting from your wild imaginations and using your own personal symbols to add meaning to your work.

As well as the videos themselves teacher support is included with the class along with access to a private facebook group. Teacher support/advice/critiques etc is always available throughout the duration of your time in the class. You can contact me in a variety of ways depending on your preference, either directly in the typepad class comments section, via the private class facebook group, facebook private message or via email if preferred. I aim to answer all messages within 48hrs.


SUPPLY LIST:

Supplies list for this class:

Wood cradled panels or other painting substrate

Acrylic paints in colours of your choice, any brand of paint will do americana, crafters, golden, gallaria, liquitex etc whatever you have to hand.

Paintbrushes (I use short handled flat brushes and small rounds; use whatever you feel comfortable with)

Watercolour crayons/pencils (I'm using caran d'ache)

HB pencil and eraser

A selection of Prismacolour pencil crayons ( I mostly use: black, white and red)

Cotton buds/blending stump (for smudging/blending pencil crayons)

When you enter the classroom, all of the lessons will be available for instant access, so you can go through them at your own pace.
